These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pure Detail website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or signing up for text updates, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Pure Detail provides automotive detailing services at our St. Cloud, Minnesota shop located at St. Cloud, MN 56303. Service scope, included steps, and pricing are described on our pricing page and in the individual quote we provide before your appointment. All work is performed in-shop unless we agree to a different arrangement in writing.

2. Quotes & estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the photos and information you provide. Actual pricing may adjust if your vehicle's condition differs significantly from those assumptions. We will always review any change with you before starting the work — no surprise charges.

3. SMS communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our sign-up form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pure Detail related to your appointments, service status, and (if you opt in separately) promotional messages.

Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any of our services.

4. Appointments & cancellations

All services are by appointment. To reschedule or cancel without a fee, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to the booking deposit (if any) or a flat $50 charge.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans auto-schedule future services based on the frequency you choose (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Your card on file is charged at the time of each completed service, or upfront if you select annual pre-pay. You may cancel or change tiers at any time by contacting us — changes take effect on your next scheduled service. The annual pre-pay discount is non-refundable if you cancel before completing the term.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. One-time service payment is due at the completion of service. Subscription payments are charged automatically per your plan. Failed payments may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.

7. Liability

We treat every vehicle with care and professionalism. In the rare event of damage caused by our work, we will notify you immediately and work with you in good faith toward a fair resolution. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left inside the vehicle, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Photographs

We may photograph vehicles during the detailing process for our own quality records. With your separate written consent, we may also use those photographs (excluding any personally identifying details like license plates) in our marketing materials. You may request that we delete or stop using your photos at any time by emailing us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after we post an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
